• A graduate Bachelor preferably in market research or the social sciences.
• 3+ years work experience in market research.
• Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and use logical reasoning supported by excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to create data-driven insights for clients.
• Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and in data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, SAS, Google Web Services (GA, Search Console, Keyword planner).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.
• Having built a strong portfolio.
• Advanced English.

Core responsibilities:

• Scope and gather context from stakeholders when planning new projects, evaluating traditional and non-traditional market research methodologies.
• Manage data collection from both internal and external sources, analyze research results.
• Ensure flawless execution of all research, mapping back to the initial scope and internal stakeholders’ business objectives.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables from external research partners.
• Create detailed, visually compelling reports (both graphical and numerical) in PowerPoint and Excel to convey the implications of the data.

Requirements:

• 2+ years work experience in PHP dev.;
• Experience with Git, Symfony or Laravel frameworks;
• Understand the purpose and application of patterns in writing code.
• Confident knowledge of SQL (MySQL);
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way;
• Maintaining the core product software and databases;
• Master the new part of the project (in symfony).
